How to use talkback mode

The talkback button lets you communicate with fellow commentators and other production team members off-air during a live event. This is useful during breaks, to clarify some additional information or for testing while the signal is live and you don't want viewers to hear you.

1. Open the Spalk commentary studio.
2. Scroll down to the quick selection icons.
3. Click on the whisper icon to turn Talkback mode on. An orange ring will appear when the function is enabled.
4. You can now talk to your team without it being added to the broadcast.
